Alvarez Earns ABCA/Rawlings Mid-Atlantic Gold Glove

Ewing, N.J. (5/22/12) – Sophomore Shane Alvarez was awarded with an ABCA/Rawlings Mid-Atlantic Region Gold Glove award as announced on Tuesday.

Alvarez has a perfect fielding percentage in 96 chances this season, with seven outfield assists to his credit. 

The national gold glove winners will be announced at the banquet this week in Appleton, Wisconsin.
