The teams traded two goals each again in the second quarter, with Alec Ramos and Cole Blackley (pictured left) finding paydirt for Kean and Michael Muff and Chris Snow scoring for Centenary.

Defense ruled in the second half. CU's Chris Cameron made 15 saves on the day to earn the win between the pipes, and did not allow a single second-half goal. Gottshall netted the game-winner with just 3:42 left in the game and the Cyclones held on to move to 3-0 on the year.

Ryan Sieb made five stops in goal for the Cougars. Kean is now 1-2 overall.

The Cougars will next travel to Myrtle Beach on Tuesday to tangle with Hibert College in neutral-site action.
