Graham (pictured left) earned a hat trick in the first 13 minutes of the game as Kean leapt out to a 7-2 lead.

King's went on a 4-0 run near the end of the first half, trimming what had been a comfortable 9-4 margin all the way down to 9-8 with 32 seconds to go in the first period.

Needing to staunch the Lady Monarch run, Stasuk grabbed the ensuing draw control and Taylor Hynes set up Graham with two ticks to go before halftime as the Cougars stole the momentum and took a 10-8 advantage back to the locker room.

Gabriella Morrocu and Amanda Carrol both had three goals in the first half for the Lady Monarchs.

Kean scored the five of the first six goals of the second half to put an end to the drama. Stasuk notched a natural hat trick during that run that put the game on ice. The Cougars led wire-to-wire in the contest.

Krista LaMaina gobbled up a game-high seven draw controls in the game, while Giulia Vitolo, Emily Davis and Danielle Tomminelli led the team with three ground balls apiece. Tominelli also forced five Monarch turnovers.

Nikki Apostolopoulos earned the win in goal with five saves. Kean improved to 5-1, while Kings sank to 2-3 on the year.

Kean will hit the road on Tuesday for a matchup with Mount Saint Mary College beginning at 7 p.m.
