Wrapping Up the 2011 Season
The Kean University women’s soccer team posted a 10-4-3 record under 13th year head coach Brian Doherty. After opening the season 2-2, the Cougars posted a 10-game unbeaten streak that included a 1-1 tie against #11 The College of New Jersey.

Triano, King Earn ECAC Accolades
Centerville, Mass. (1/4/12) – Kean University women’s soccer player Kaitlin King was recently named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro Rookie of the Year while senior field hockey player Olivia Triano earned Mid-Atlantic first-team honors.

Palmer, Seidel Earn Third-Team All-South Atlantic Region Honors
Kansas City, Kan. (12/14/11) – Juniors Sheldon Palmer (men’s soccer) and Carly Seidel (women’s soccer) were both recently honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) as third team members of the All-South-Atlantic Region team.
