Cougars Shutout Farmingdale,
3-0
Farmingdale, N.Y. (3/24/09) - Junior Mike Moceri
(Yardville, N.J.) drove in two as #5/9 Kean University
defeated host Farmingdale State College, 3-0, Tuesday afternoon.
The win improves Kean to 14-4 overall while the loss drops

(pictured right) again delivered, this time with an RBI double to
drive home Galya, who reached on a single of his own.
Pinch-hitter Dylan Laguna (Edison, N.J.) tacked
on another run in the top of the ninth with an RBI single.
Not to be lost was the pitching performance by freshman
Sam Fourre (Scotch Plains, N.J.), who earned his
first complete game shutout win. Fourre (2-0) (pictured left)
allowed just five hits and one walk while fanning five.
Offensively Moceri was 3-for-4 while sophomore Gabe
Ramirez (North Bergen, N.J.) was 2-for-4.
