Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y. (10/11/21) – Santi Alzate notched two goals as the Kean University men's soccer team shutout Medgar Evers College, 3-0 in non-conference action on Columbus Day.

Nikolaos Theoudoulidis tallied a goal, while Tabi Essa Jr. collected an assist for the Cougars who improve to 7-4-1 overall.  Jean Horacius recorded two shots for the Cougars of remain winless at 0-8 overall.

Theoudoulidis notched the Cougars first goal of the afternoon in the 49^th minute off a double assist from Sergio Martinez and Essa Jr.

Alzate scored the next two goals with a tip in off a corner kick in the 67^th minute and a shot from the left side of the box in the 74^th minute.

Kean dominated MEC on shots (36-2), shots on goal (16-1) and corner kicks (9-2).

Head Coach Peter-John Falloon and the Cougars will return to action in Jersey City, N.J. on Wednesday, Oct. 13^th, against the Gothic Knights of New Jersey City University at 3:00 p.m.
