Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y. (11/11/21) – Patrick Strzala finished with 29 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists as the Kean University men's basketball team defeated Medgar Evers College, 87-76 in non-conference action on Thursday evening.

Letrell West totaled 17 points for the Cougars who improve to 2-0 overall. Mousa Sinera totaled 25 points and 16 rebounds for Medgar Evers who fall to 0-2 overall.

Kean shot 43.1% from the floor, 34.6% from downtown and 66.7% from the line. MEC shot 38.7% from the floor, 31.0% from downtown and 64.3% from the line.

Jailen Jamison totaled 14 points and seven assists, while JD Daniels totaled 12 points and three rebounds.

Head Coach David Turco and the Cougars will return to action in Rosemont, Pa. on Wednesday, Nov. 17^th, against the Ravens of Rosemont College at 7:00 p.m.
