San Juan, P.R. (12/19/22) – Dickinson College used a second half surge to pull past the Kean University women's basketball team by the final of 58-55.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

The Cougars (5-5) took charge in the first 20 minutes and shot 57% to take a 36-19 lead. 

Dickinson (7-2) then battled back with heavy pressure in the third and fourth quarters and took their first lead of the game with less than two minutes to go in the contest.  Kean had two opportunities late to try and tie things up, but their attempts fell short in the loss.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

Sarah Olivero led Kean with 18 points while Shannon McCoy added 12 points and Brittany Graff 11 points to round out the double digit scorers for KU. 

Mia Chapman led Dickinson with 20 points and seven rebounds while drawing nine fouls during the contest.
