Scranton, Pa. (3/30/22) – The Kean University women's lacrosse team suffered a 12-5 defeat to host the University of Scranton on Wednesday afternoon.

Amanda Ehrhart and Dana Meehan each had two goals for the Cougars (4-4) while Katie Pileggi rounded out the scoring.

The Cougars trailed 3-0 early but then see-sawed goals to pull within two (5-3). 

The Royals pushed out to a 10-4 lead coming out of the break and held Kean to just one second half goal for their sixth win of the season.

Kean returns to action on Saturday when they host  DeSales University.
