Hoboken, N.J. (3/2/23) – The Kean University women's lacrosse team suffered a 20-4 defeat on Thursday afternoon at Stevens.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
In a game that was rescheduled from yesterday, the Ducks (2-0) used a strong first quarter to jump out to a 7-2 lead.  Lauren Pluta scored twice in the first half and Amanda Brzoska added another as Stevens held an 8-3 advantage at halftime. Brzoska notched another in the second half to cap the Cougars scoring.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
Nicole Peters made 11 stops in goal.
