Union, N.J. (10/12/24) – The Kean University women's tennis team improved to 2-0 with a 6-1 win over John Jay College on Saturday.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

The Cougars (2-0) earned the point at doubles with wins at first and third.  Grace Del Pino and Maria Torres combined for the 6-2 win while Ashley Mendoza-Tarazona and Eve Hunter collected a 6-1 win at the third slot.

In singles action, Kean won all but third singles.

Kean will host York College (N.Y.) on Thursday evening.
