GALLOWAY, N.J. (11/2/24) – Tyler Manteiro scored as the sixth seeded Kean University men's soccer team dropped their New Jersey Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinal to third seeded Stockton University, 2-1 in overtime on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• The Ospreys struck first in the 67^th minute as Kieran Sundermann scored with a volley off a long cross in from Antonio Matos.
• Kean answered in the 75^th minute when Manteiro scored on a long Sekou Soumahoro through ball into the box.
• Stockton scored the game-winner after a throw-in and a header allowed Matos to volley a shot into the top right corner in the 92nd minute.

INSIDE THE BOX

• Stockton led on shots (13-7), shots on goal (8-4) and corner kicks (9-5).
• Manteiro posted two shots.
• Edwin Navarro, IIyas Jaber, Yasser Aglaguel, Josser Amaya and Balla Diaite all notched one shot apiece.
