MADISON, N.J. (3/18/24) – Chris Mitchell finished with nine kills and 10 digs as the Kean University men's volleyball team earned a 3-1 non-conference victory over Drew University on Monday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!

• Jack Freese totaled four kills on seven swings as the Cougars hit .321 and cruised to a 10 point set one victory.
• Mitchell smacked five kills with just one error in set two as Kean held on for the close 25-23 victory.
• Jacob Sledz tallied eight kills on 12 swings as Drew posted a .463 hitting percentage in the set three victory.
• The Cougars took the match in a tight but ugly fourth set that saw a combined 24 errors.

INSIDE THE BOX

• Rajheem Meulens, Freese and Michael Henneberry all posted seven kills apiece.
• Luke Frankenfield totaled 16 assists, seven digs and five kills.
• Ryan DiCandilo posted five kills.
• David Flores totaled 23 assists and 11 digs.
