RIVERDALE, N.Y. (3/2/24) – Kylie Giordano totaled 12 points on seven goals and five assists as the Kean University women's lacrosse team earned a dominating 22-10 victory over the University of Mount Saint Vincent on Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
- The Cougars notched seven first quarter goals on 15 shots, including a hat-trick from Skyler Ray.
- The second quarter saw both sides trade goals as Kean closed the half with a goal and an assist from Giordano for a 11-7 halftime advantage.
- Kean broke the game open with a 10-2 run in the second half which extended their lead to double digits in the fourth.
- Giordano and Emilie Schultz notched three goals apiece, while Amanda Brzoska handed out four assists.
INSIDE THE BOX
- Ray totaled five goals on the afternoon.
- Schultz finished with four goals.
- Grace Michielli and Lauren Pluta both notched three points on two goals and one assist.
- Giordano added four groundballs and two draw controls.
