UNION, N.J. (3/30/24) – Ryan DiCandilo set four records in a single match as the Kean University men's volleyball team split a tri-match with CVC foe Roanoke and Penn State-Schuylkill for Senior Day on Saturday.

Roanoke, 3 Kean 0

• Kean finished the CVC slate winless after being swept by the Maroons in the opener.
• Michael Henneberry, Rajheem Meulens and Jack Freese combined for 21 kills as the Cougars hit .192 for the match.
• Roanoke had three players posted double-digit kills, including Jason Rutowski leading the way with 13.
• The Maroons posted a .241 hitting percentage for the match.

Kean 3, PSU-Schuylkill 0

• The Cougars put a close to the 2024 season with a 3-0 sweep of PSU-Schuylkill.
• DiCandilo finished the match with a program record 45 kills on a program record 86 swings.
• The senior broke the single game kills record set by Steve Vahalla (28) against NJIT on Mar. 9^th, 2011 and Chris Mitchell's single game total attempts record (60) set on Mar. 17^th, 2023 against EMU.
• The middle hitter also establishes two new NCAA single game records for kills and total attacks in a three-set match.
• DiCandilo shatters Nate Davis (Sarah Lawrence) single game kills record (33) set in 2022 and tied again in 2024.
• He also shatters Davis' s single game total attacks record (64) set in 2022.
• Luke Frankenfield posted 39 assists, while Tyler Quinn notched 17 digs.
