GENEVA, N.Y. (9/14/24) – Daniella Maresca made 14 saves as the Kean University field hockey team dropped a non-conference contest to host William Smith College, 3-0 in the William Smith Classic on Saturday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• The Herons notched a goal in each quarter to take a 2-0 lead into halftime
• Maresca made nine saves in the opening stanza.
• William Smith added another goal in the second half during a corner situation.

• WSC led on shots (20-4), shots on goal (17-2) and corners (6-0).
