PRINCETON, N.J. (1/4/25) – Three players scored in double figures as the Kean University men's basketball team dropped an exhibition contest to Division I Princeton University, 92-71 on Saturday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• D.J. Alicea and Andrew Turco combined for 12 points as the Cougars knocked down their first four shots.
• Alicea added another six points as the Cougars stayed within striking distance.
• The Tigers closed the half on a 25-10 run as the Cougars went 4-for-15 over the final nine minutes.
• Princeton continued where they left off in the second stanza as the Tigers maintained their strong shooting from the floor and downtown.
• The second half saw both sides empty their benches as Princeton pushed their advantage to 20 points late in the contest.

INSIDE THE BOX

• Alicea totaled 16 points, four assists and three steals.
• Justin Morton posted 15 points.
• Adam Silas notched 11 points and five rebounds.
