PITMAN, N.J. (11/6/25) - The Kean University men's basketball team has been tabbed fifth in the New Jersey Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll.

Montclair State landed in the top spot with four first place votes, while TCNJ slotted second with four first place votes and Stockton rounded out the top three. Rowan earns two first-place votes in fourth. The rest of the poll is as follows: Ramapo, NJCU, Rutgers-Camden (Dark Horse), Rutgers-Newark and William Paterson.

The Cougars will travel to Purchase to open the season on Saturday.
