Union, N.J. (1/17/26) – The Montclair State University women's basketball team led wire-to-wire in an NJAC win over the Cougars on a snowy Saturday afternoon.
Makaila Desire led Kean with 10 points in 24 minutes of action.
The Red Hawks (11-5, 7-2 NJAC) had a strong first half, scoring 53 points while shooting 57% while connecting on eight treys. They continued their offensive surge in the second half on their way to a 83-35 finish.
The Cougars outrebounded MSU, 32-28.
Alyssa Craigwell led Montclair State with 20 points, five rebounds and four steals.
