ELMIRA, N.Y. (2/21/26) – The Kean University women's wrestling team wrapped up their inaugural season with a 15^th place finish at the NCAA Regional I Championships hosted by Elmira College at LECOM Events Center.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

• At 103 pounds, Gianna DeThomas opened the whole tournament with a 16-7 decision over Penelope Gomlak of Misericordia.
•  At 110 pounds, Dasha Flores earned a victory by fall over Kamryn Kramer in wrestle backs.
• Aylin Calle, Dome Fiallos, Kaydence Oakley, Kaylee Borge and Kioni Lewis each represented the Cougars in each additional weight classes.
