AVE MARIA, FL (3/10/26) – Emilie Schultz recorded a hat-trick and the game-winner as the Kean University women's lacrosse team finished their trip to Florida with a 6-5 victory over the Ave Maria University Gyrenes on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• Ave Maria opened the game with four straight first quarter goals.
• Kean cut the lead in half with two second quarter goals, including a Cayla Wurz score with one second remaining.
• In the third, the Gyrenes lone goal pushed their lead back to three at 5-2.
• The Cougars would finish with four unanswered, including two from Schultz.

• Julia Siter totaled four groundballs and two caused turnovers.
