UNION, N.J. (3/28/26) – A four-goal fourth quarter rally forced overtime, but an Ashtyn Torbet golden goal lifted Misericordia University to an 11-10 victory over the Kean University women's lacrosse team on Senior Day.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• The Cougars took an early 2-0 lead over the first three minutes.
• Misericordia closed the quarter with three of the final four scores to even everything at 3-3.
• The visiting Cougars scored twice in the second, before Savannah Olsson pocketed a late goal on a free position shot.
• Skyler Ray and Emilie Schultz each tallied a goal in the third as Misericordia held a 9-6 advantage entering the fourth.
• The Cougars erased a four-goal fourth-quarter deficit, with Olsson and Ray each scoring twice to force overtime at 10–10.
• Despite winning the opening draw of the extra session, a key turnover led to Misericordia netting the golden goal in sudden victory.
