Kenilworth, N.J. (4/17/26) – The Kean University men's "A" team captured the Kean Invitational title on Friday afternoon.
The Cougars finished with a +5 (289), posting a new team low for the program.
Patrick Murray and Logan Perrone both posted an even par 71. The 71 is a new career-best for both at Kean. Murray won the individual title by tiebreaker. He recorded three birdies in the round.
Sean Dunn finished one behind the leaders, shooting one over par. His 72 was also a new personal best.
Ethan Legarda placed sixth while shooting +4 while Ryan Small rounded out the "A" team scoring, shooting +8.
Kean's "B" team placed third with a 35 over par. Connor Degnan shot a 77 (+6) to place seventh individually. Jack Heims and Michael Hayeck both recorded 79s to tie for ninth place.
Kean will participate in the 36-hole Shootout at the Ridge this Monday.
