Stoner Scores Twice in Loss to Misericordia

UNION, N.J. (9/18/26) – Ali Stoner tallied two goals as the Kean University field hockey team dropped a non-conference contest to the Misericordia University Cougars, 3-2 on Friday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
  • Stoner ran onto a long pass, dribbled through the defense and scored at the near post to put Kean on the board in the 12th minute.
  • Misericordia evened the game in the second as Madison Blauch scored in traffic on a Celeste Hoffman assist from the right.
  • Stoner recorded her second goal of the evening as Karli Pritchett played a free hit into the junior who scored with a blast from the middle of the circle.
  • The visiting Cougars pulled away with goals in the third quarter and fourth quarter respectively.
