VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (9/4/26) – Andy Mayorga and Dariel Mejia each tallied a goal as the Kean University men's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw with Batten University on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED!!!

• The Cougars went into an early hole as the Marlins posted a score in the 10^th minute.
• Kean answered in the second half with back-to-back goals in the 65^th and 75th minutes, respectively.
• Mayorga scored in the high left and Mejia pocketed a goal in the lower left.
• Batten would find the equalizer less than five minutes later with Mason Wakefield recording his second goal of the afternoon.
• Kean never answered as the Cougars were held shot less for the final 20 minutes.

INSIDE THE BOX

• Mejia totaled three shots.
• Mayorga and Alexander Dos Santos each notched two shots apiece.
• Juan Orozco and Guillermo Miranda combined for five saves.
