Former Cougar John Carello joins the baseball staff for his first season in 2020.

For his career, Carello posted a .305 batting average with 114 hits, 73 runs scored, 56 RBI’s, 22 doubles and four homeruns in 114 games played from 2016-19.

The Jackson, N.J. native was a two-time All-NJAC selection and an ABCA All-Region Third team selection in 2019.

John graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management/General Business from Kean in 2019 and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Exercise Science.
