Kean University

Diane Boccella will return to the Kean sidelines for her third season in 2016. Boccella was a three-year letterwinner for the Cougars and served as captain in her senior season. She was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2013 team and was an All-NJAC player during her career as well.

A graduate with a B.A. in History / Teacher Certification from Kean in 2014, she was part of the Chi Alpha Sigma, Phi Alpha Theta and Lambda Alpha Sigma Honor Societies. She was named to the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges in 2014.  Bocella is currently pursuing her master in arts in school counseling. 

Boccella played in 47 games during her career at Kean and led the team with seven defensive saves during the 2013 season.
