Kean University

Mark Zielinski enters his fourth season with the Kean University football program in 2019. Zielinski has 26 years of high school coaching experience, including a dozen as head coach of North Brunswick Twp. High School. He was a two-time Greater Middlesex Conference Coach (2003, 2010) of the Year.

Zielinski was an All-Ivy League player at Columbia University, where he earned a BA in history in 1989.  He was the Lions’ MVP and an All-Ivy League selection as a senior in 1988. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame at his alma mater Rutherford High School in 2016.
