Kean University

Nick Graff enters his 13th season at Kean and serves as the department's Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Graff previously served as an assistant coach on the football staff for seven seasons (2013-19). Nick was also a graduate assistant (2014-15) and a student assistant (2013) with the Cougars prior to this full-time position in 2016.  

Nick was a four year member of the Cougar football program (2009-2012), capturing an NJAC Championship in 2011 and was the Special Teams MVP in 2011 and 2012. 

In addition to his duties with Kean, Graff was a strength & conditioning intern with the New York Jets for both training camp and the 2015-16 season. He has also worked with the Nike Coach of the Year Clinic and X-tra Mile Fitness.

Graff earned a bachelor’s degree from Kean in Physical Education and Adult Fitness in 2014 and his master of exercise science degree in 2018.
