Kean University men’s lacrosse alumnus Dan Weidner will return to the program in 2017 for his third season on the sidelines. Weidner played for the Cougars from 1986 to 1990. He was a captain in his senior season, and helped the team to the ECAC title that year.

After his playing career, Weidner went on to be the head coach at Milburn High School. He played scholastically at Livingston High School, where he was also a team captain.

Weidner is currently the owner of Cougar Landscaping in Livingston.
