Kean University

Russell King re-joins the coaching staff of his alma mater for his fourth season as assistant coach of the Kean University men’s lacrosse team in 2020.  King serves as the defensive coordinator.

A two-time All-Skyline Conference long stick midfielder as a Cougar, King gobbled up 46 ground balls and forced 13 turnovers while assisting on four Kean goals in his senior season.

King has coaching experience with River Dell Regional High School and Building Blocks Lacrosse. He is a 2014 Kean graduate with a degree in history education, and is currently a social studies teacher at Kawameeh Middle School in Union.
