Jerome Bland enters his third year as an assistant coach at Kean. Bland will also serve as Falloon's Graduate Assistant in 2019.

Bland is a former Bloomfield College athlete (under Falloon) and started in 17 of Bloomfield's 18 games in 2015 as a defensive midfielder and scored the game winning goal on a header to push the Bears into the conference tournament final.  Bloomfield would go on to win the CACC Championship in 2015.

A London, England native, Bland graduated from Bloomfield College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2017.
