Sedlock directs the Cougars’ offensive unit. He helps oversee system design, game planning, recruiting, and player development.

Sedlock brings over a decade of coaching experience across the youth, high school, collegiate, national, and internationally. He also serves as Director of True Lacrosse Garden State and General Manager of the Girls East Coast All Region for True Lacrosse, in addition to coaching on the True National Girls Staff.

A 2018 graduate and former captain at Marywood University, Sedlock earned his degree in Physical Education with a minor in Nutrition and Coaching. He began coaching in 2013 and previously held collegiate positions at Centenary as a Men's Assistant Coach and Marywood as a Volunteer for the Men's team during his 5th year, in addition to serving as the Scranton Prep Boys Lacrosse Team defensive coordinator, following his graduation in 2018 he served internationally as an American Sports Director with a Lacrosse focus, in Poland with the Teaching English in Poland Program.
