Kean University

Former Cougar Casey Garlasco will join the Kean University women’s soccer program for her second season on the sidelines in 2016.

Currently a chemistry and forensic science teacher at Pequannock High School, Garlasco earned her bachelor of science degree in science and technology from Kean in 2014 and an M.A. in instruction and curriculum from Kean in 2015.

A two-year starter on the back line for the Cougars, Garlasco scored two career goals, including the game-winner against Richard Stockton in the 2013 ECAC Championship Match – the final game of her career.

Garlasco was named to the Kean Dean’s List from 2010-14 and was a part of the 2013 and 2014 NJAC All-Academic Squads.
