SELINSGROVE, Pa. (10/12/10) – Kean junior
Olivia
Triano scored the first two goals of the game, however
Susquehanna University rallied past Kean University, 3-2, in
overtime in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.
With four minutes left in overtime, Susquehanna's Rebecca
Entwistle knocked in the game-winner off the assist from
Julia Amendola for the Crusaders (8-6).
The Cougars (7-4) took an early 1-0 lead when Triano (pictured

following the penalty corner less than two minutes into the
game.
Nearly 10 minutes later, the pair connected again on a nearly
identical goal to give the Cougars a 2-0 lead. The
Crusaders got on the board late in the first half when Ally
Bradley scored from in front of the cage off the pass from
Amendola to cut the lead in half.
The Crusaders tied the game up late in regulation, when Bradley
and Amendola connected again to force overtime.
The teams both took 11 shots, with Kean rookie goalkeeper
Jessica
Zebley and Crusader goalie Erin Ferguson each
made four saves.
The Cougars return to action on Friday, October 15, when they
host Richard Stockton College in New Jersey Athletic Conference
action.
