Virginia Beach, Va. (9/10/10) – The Kean University
men's soccer team battled to a 1-1 tie in the Chick-fil-A
Tournament held at Virginia Wesleyan College on Friday evening.
The Cougars (2-1-1) got on the board in the first half as
freshman Young Ahn knocked in a shot from 15 yards
out from an assist from junior Dennis Correia. Virginia Wesleyan (0-2-2) tied things up in
the 72nd minute and that's the way the score
remained for the next 47 minutes.

tallied seven saves in the tie.
Kean held a 10-6 advantage in corner kicks while Virginia
Wesleyan held the advantage in shots, 22-12.
The Cougars will square off against Christopher Newport
University on Saturday evening at 5 p.m.
