Union, N.J. (10/20/12) - Senior Nina
Fragoso scored four goals, two in each half, as the Rowan
University women's soccer team topped Kean University, 4-1 on
Saturday.
Senior Carly Seidel (pictured left) opened the
scoring for the Cougars (10-4-2, 4-2-2 NJAC) just 3:35 into the
match. She beat Profs goalie Maria Dorris on a breakaway

break. She completed the hat trick at 50:55 off a pass from
Danielle Macey to give the Profs a 3-1 lead. She completed
her day as she connected on a penalty kick in the final
minutes.
Rookie KC Nunez and Dorris each finished with
five saves.
The Cougars close out the NJAC regular season as they travel to
take on the William Paterson Pioneers on Wednesday, October
24th.
