Whittier, Calif. (3/22/12) – Babson
College used a strong eight goal run to push past the Kean
University men's lacrosse team by the final of 13-6 on
Thursday afternoon in non-conference action.
The Cougars head back home to the east coast with a 6-3 overall
record. The win improves Babson to 4-3 this season.
Training 8-1 in the third quarter, the Cougars used a 4-0 run to
pull within three. Freshman Dylan Conte
scored two goals in the run. The Beavers would go on to score
the next five goals to pull away with the win.
Offensively, sophomore Richard Cheifitz
(pictured left) notched two goals and an assist.
Kean returns to action on Wednesday, March 28th when
they host Farmingdale State College in Skyline Conference
action.
