Atlanta, Ga. (9/1/12) – Sophomore Erickson Simeon netted the game-winner just over two minutes into overtime as the Kean University men's soccer team topped host Emory University, 1-0, Saturday evening.

Simeon collected a rebound initially shot by freshman Jose Arevalo and put it away for the win.  Kean improves to 1-1 this season.

The Cougars were edged in both shots (19-15) and corner opportunities (7-3), but were able to make the most of their opportunity for the win.

Senior John Londono (pictured left) picked up the win in goal.  He recorded seven saves in the shutout.

Kean returns to action on Thursday when they host St. Joseph's College-L.I. at 7:30 p.m.
