Madison, N.J. (3/28/15) – FDU-Florham used a balanced scoring attack on their way to an 11-4 win over the Kean University women's lacrosse team on Saturday afternoon.
Joelle Manganella led all players with four goals and two assists as FDU improved to 5-3 this spring. Junior Jordan Blanda led the Cougars (1-6) with two goals in the loss.
The Devils pushed out to a 5-2 lead at the break and used a 6-0 run to start the second period to widen the gap and secure the victory.
Kean also received goals from junior Sam Gnapp and freshman Emily Stasuk.
The Cougars head to the College of Mt. St. Vincent on Monday for a non-conference matchup before opening conference play next week.
