SWARTHMORE, Pa. (9/6/15) – The Kean University men's soccer team dropped a tough 1-0 decision to Swarthmore College on Sunday. Both teams totaled nine shots, and Kean actually put seven on net to the Garnet's four.
Kean's Brad Watkins made three saves, and Tyler Zon made seven for Swarthmore.
Yuheng Wang scored the only goal of the game at 37:46 when he put in a header in front of the net. It was an unassisted goal.
For the Cougars, Sev Kherlopian and Timofei Kharisov took three shots each and put two on goal. Bryan Blandon (pictured left) also tested Zon twice.
The Cougars will return home to host Medgar Evers College at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday night.
