UNION, N.J. (9/12/21) - The Kean University men's soccer team dropped a non-conference contest to New York University, 4-0 on Sunday afternoon.
Arkan Tahsildaroglu tallied two goals for the Violets who improve to 3-0-1 overall.
Issac Guerrero tallied three shots for the Cougars who fall to 2-1-1 overall.
NYU edged Kean on shots (14-9), shots on goal (9-2), and corner kicks (6-3). The Cougars were called for seven fouls and had one card issued.
Felix Pereyra and
Andrew Gamero both recorded two shots apiece.
Dominic Ridge and
Amr Mahmoud combined for five saves in the loss.

Peter-John Falloon and the Cougars will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 15th, hosting the Lightning of Lehman College at 7:30 p.m.
