UNION, N.J. (3/26/22) – Duncan Beilke tallied 32 kills over two matches as the Kean University men's volleyball team split matches with #6 Southern Virginia University and Drew University on Senior Day.

Beilke totaled 12 kills, while
Quincy Rooi tallied seven kills and six digs as the Cougars dropped a CVC match to the nationally-ranked Knights.
Rajheem Meulens finished with six kills, while
Kevin Molina totaled four kills and six digs for the Cougars who hit .115 for the match.
Zach Noll and
Luke Frankenfield combined for 32 assists in the loss.
Nahuel Recabarren recorded 15 kills and a .345 hitting percentage as SVU posted a .314 hitting percentage for the match.
Kean 3, Drew 0
Beilke capped off the regular season with a career-high 20 kill and nine dig performance in a straight-sets sweep over Drew. The senior added four assists and three aces in the sweep.
Meulens posted a .588 hitting percentage as the rookie tallied 11 kills on 17 swings and just one error.
Maxwell Thompson recorded five kills and three block assists, while Noll totaled 34 assists, eight digs, and four kills. Rooi added four kills and eight digs, while Molina and
Ryan DiCandilo both finished with two kills apiec.
The Cougars hit .343 for the match while holding Drew to a .259 percentage.
In between matches, Thompson,
Cris Naranjo, Beilke, and Noll were honored in a senior day presentation.
