North Park Sweeps Women’s Volleyball

CHICAGO, Ill. (9/23/22) – Ashley Smith posted seven kills and seven digs as the Kean University women's volleyball team dropped a non-conference to host North Park University, 3-0 in straight sets at North Park Invite on Friday evening.

Adriana Rodriguez totaled 18 kills and 13 digs for the Vikings who improve to 11-3 overall. Anne Beckemeyer finished with five kills and two digs for the Cougars who fall to 6-5 overall.

NPU hit .276, while holding Kean to a .087 hitting percentage.

Morgan Hall totaled three kills and four digs, while Taylor Micheaux tallied two kills and one assists. Kylie Brua posted 15 assists, eight digs and two aces, while Sian Seeger collected 10 digs.

Head Coach Don Perkins and the Cougars will return to action tomorrow, Saturday, Sept 24th, in Chicago, Ill. against Baldwin-Wallace at 11:00 am and Wisconsin-Oshkosh at 4:00 pm in the North Park Invite.
