Chicago, Ill. (9/24/22) – The Kean University women's volleyball team fell to Baldwin Wallace University and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh both by 3-0 scores on Saturday afternoon in the North Park Invitational.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
In the opener, Baldwin Wallace (9-5) used 11 service aces to push bursts in each set for the straight set win. Oshkosh (15-4) used a similar formula in the nightcap and collected 10 service aces with timely hitting (41 kills) to pull away with the win.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
Taylor Micheaux led the way in the opener for Kean with nine kills and seven digs. Alison Kowalewski chipped in with six kills while hitting .333. In the finale Morgan Hall had eight kills while hitting. 500.
UP NEXT:
Kean returns to New Jersey and will go back into NJAC play when traveling to William Paterson University on Tuesday evening.
