Men’s Volleyball Sweeps Matches at Hobart Tournament

GENEVA, N.Y. (1/20/24) – The Kean University men's volleyball team swept matches with Penn State Behrend and St. Norbert College in straight sets at the Hobart College Tournament on Saturday.

  • Line Score: 25-20, 25-20, 25-20.
  • Kean tallied 40 kills and 13 errors on 74 swings.
  • PSU tallied 27 kills and 14 errors on 72 swings.
  • The Cougars posted a .365 hitting percentage
  • The Nittany Lions hit .181 for the match.
  • All sets were mirror images of each other with both sides trading points before Kean pulled away late.
  • Jack Freese totaled 11 kills and posted a. 556 hitting percentage.
