Bernards, N.J. (2/28/24) – A contingent of Kean University athletic administrators recently visited the United States Golf Association (USGA) headquarters to take part of their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Speaker Series.

Kelly Williams, director of athletics, shared insight into his career journey and engaged in a meaningful conversation regarding Black History Month. He spoke about launching Kean's golf team (fall 2024), expanding access to the sport, engaging the student body and community through golf, and the long-term aspirations of Kean golf as well as Kean Athletics.
