UNION, N.J. (2/28/24) – Kylie Giordano posted seven points on five goals and two assists, including notching her 100
th career point as the Kean University women's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference contest to #16 Stevens, 19-9 on Wednesday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
- Giordano notched a first half hat-trick as Stevens lead 10-4 at the break behind five goals from Stefanie Sellitto.
- Stevens pushed their lead to double-digits behind four straight goals to open the second stanza.
- Giordano collected her 100th point in the third off a feed from fellow classmate Amanda Brzoska.
- Kean chipped the deficit down to seven with goals by Sam Murri and Savannah Olsson to close out the third.
- Stevens added four more before a second Olsson goal capped off the scoring for the afternoon.
