GLASSBORO, N.J. (4/13/24) – Kylie Giordano tallied four goals as the Kean University women's lacrosse team dropped a New Jersey Athletic Conference contest to Rowan University, 17-9 on Saturday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
- Rowan opened with four straight goals before Kean responded with three straight goals that included scores by Giordano, Lauren Pluta and Shannon Palen.
- The Profs expanded their lead to double-digits after scoring six straight goals.
- Giordano added another goal before the half as Rowan held a 12-5 advantage at the half.
- Giordano added two more in the second half as the Profs posted another seven goals in the second stanza.
INSIDE THE BOX
- Palen posted three points, while Pluta totaled two points.
- Savannah Olsson finished with four groundballs and two caused turnovers.
