UNION, N.J. (4/28/24) - Dylan Johnson totaled six points on five goals and one assist as the fourth seeded Kean University men's lacrosse team advanced to the Coastal Lacrosse Conference semifinals with a 16-14 decision over fifth seeded University of Mary Washington on Sunday.
HOW IT HAPPENED!!!
- Johnson tallied all six of his points during a 9-2 run in the first half.
- Nick Thorne posted two late in the second to propel the Cougars to a 11-6 lead at halftime.
- Anthony Porter scored twice in the third along with a goal from Kenny Yeager as Kean pushed their lead to 15-9 entering the fourth.
- Hunter Jenkinson posted the lone goal in the fourth, before UMW finished the contest with five straight goals, including four in power-play situations.
